  • Native to Europe but now widespread in cultivation throughout all regions of the world.
  • This essential oil contains high levels of Menthol and Camphor, and is known for its refreshing, cooling sensation on the skin.
  • Studies demonstrate that Peppermint provides analgesic and anesthetic effects in the central and peripheral nervous system.1
  • Its fresh, sharp aroma make this a stimulating oil for circulation as well as an antispasmodic. Several studies have shown that it is helpful in calming digestive upsets and nausea.
  • The scent has been shown to help increase alertness, enhance memory and clear congestion of the mind.

Basil Leaf Oil

  • Extracted by steam distillation from the leaves and the flowering tops of Basil.
  • An essential oil with a warm, peppery scent that is traditionally recognized for its ability to awaken the senses and the mind.
  • Possesses mild antimicrobial activity and is useful for increasing circulation.

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Oil, Cymbopogon Flexuosus (Lemongrass) Leaf Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil, Ocimum Sanctum (Holy Basil) Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract


Place 2-3 drops into palm of hand, rub hands briskly together and inhale deeply. Add 3-4 drops to washcloth and rub briskly onto body under shower to re-energize the senses. Try a vigorous scalp massage: place 2-3 drops on fingertips and rub into scalp to re-boot the mind.
